Online Exam Master (OEM) Terms and Conditions

1. Each student should read, understand all the terms and conditions and seek all clarifications and explanations from us before the registration.
2. The examinations will be online.
3. OEM participants have to pay a prescribed examination registration fee for different categories of examinations.
4. You must not share your username and password with anyone.
5. You will not provide any false information. You must give complete and correct information upon registration..
   OEM examination fee is payable by cash or by bank transfer.
6. In case of bank transfer the counter file, the participant’s name, contact number, time and date of transfer have to be e-mailed to us.
7. Each participant has to inform us if there is a change in their address or contact number.
8. There will be a fixed time for each question.
9. All the questions will be objective type and negative marking for wrong answers.
10. We will not be responsible if there is a system error or power failure at the time of the examination. The candidates must be careful to choose the examination centre (Internet Café or any other place with proper internet and power supply). There must be a web cam facility to enable the candidate to come online video conferencing.
11. We will take necessary action if we come to know any foul play during the examination time.
12. IF the OEM exam test candidate has adhered to all terms and conditions they may have up to three attempts at the exam if they are not successful on an attempt.
13. OEM may suspend or completely disable your user account if you do not comply with our terms and conditions or we are investigating suspected misconduct.
14. OEM reserves the right to add, amend or remove any terms and conditions to which you have agreed at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes are introduced constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions. You are responsible for keeping yourself updated on any changes.
